Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") carefully before using HabitPet ("the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HabitPet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HabitPet is a habit tracking application that uses gamification and AI-generated creatures to help you build better habits. The App integrates with Apple Health to track your physical activity.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• HabitPet offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of your habit data and personal information
• AI-generated creature images are created specifically for your use within the App
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Health Disclaimer

HabitPet is not a medical application. The App is designed for general wellness and habit tracking purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by HabitPet and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

HabitPet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
